The best college for pursuing B.Des Fashion design course is NIFT Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Hyderabad etc. The admission in B.Des Fashion design course is based on an entrance exam conducted by NIFT. The registration process for year 2021 will be start in the month of January 2021.
The first quarter fee for Apeejay Institute of Design for B. Design course (4 years) is about Rs 45000/. The eligibility criteria and other details are given below.
Eligibility: 10+2 Pass from a Recognized Board with 50% marks from any stream.

As far as my knowledge tells it does provide some kind of scholarship to the students. But you will have to look out for the criterion of that because I am not really sure for that. That you can seek on their website or contact the authorities in person.
