Apeejay Institute of Engineering has below criteria for taking admissions to it's various courses:

| B.E. / B.Tech | Candidates must have passed the 10+2 exam from a board recognised or established by Central/State Government through a legislation with Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Computer Science / Technical Vocational Subject. OR Candidates who have passed Diploma in any Engineering Trade from Punjab State Board of Technical Education & Industrial Training, Chandigarh or Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering and Technology, Longowal, or any such examination from any other recognised State Board of Technical Education shall be eligible. OR Candidates who have passed 2 years certificate course from Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering and Technology, Longowal shall be eligible. Perference will given in following manner:- 1. JEE (Main) Rank merit 2. 3-Year Diploma merit after exhausting JEE (Main) Rank Candidates 3. 2 Year Certificate Course of SLIET merit after exhausting above Diploma Merit 4. 10+2 Merit after exhausting JEE (Main) Rank & Diploma Candidates |
