With 60 seats each, interior design, industrial design, and fashion design have the highest seat intake.

According to Council of Architecture (COA) guidelines, the number of seats available for the B.Sc. Architecture programme is limited to 40 students annually. Urban Design is a specialised programme with only about 30 seats available annually.

Yes, you can enroll directly in the B.Arch programme at the Faculty of Architecture and Design, Manav Rachna University through merit-based admission.Candidates must have passed Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics in the 12th grade with a minimum of 50% overall (45% for SC/ST/OBC) in order to be considered for admission to the B.Arch program.
In addition, candidates must pass the Council of Architecture's (COA) National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA).
Applicants can apply directly to the Manav Rachna B.Arch programme if they meet the eligibility requirements for the 12th standard and have a valid NATA score.
Through the counseling process, admissions will be granted based on merit in the qualifying exam and NATA results.The university does not administer a separate entrance exam for admission to the B.Arch program.
