Yes, candidates who have completed their class 12 with the Science stream can opt for a degree in BTech without JEE Main or any other entrance exam scores. Generally, some seats in private institutes are allotted on a merit basis, and the management tent quota is based on several factors determined by the colleges.

No, NERIST is less expensive than Arunachal University of Studies (AUS). It has all the facilities which AUS have which means it is as good as AUS.

Yes, NERIST is also very good and is one of the top most college in Arunachal. Its fee is also lesser than the Arunachal University of Studies. Also, it has been ranked 186 among the top NIRF-rated Engineering colleges in 2021. The institute currently has 11 departments of education in Science & engineering and 1 center for management studies to offer degree courses across the disciplines of engineering, technology, sciences, and management.
