Similar to other universities, Arunachal University of Studies issues the cut-off for B.Tech admissions soon after the entrance exams or submission of applications has ended.

This cut-off would be less strict than that of the higher categories and may vary from stream to stream depending on the number of applicants, availability of seats, etc. It may also depend on the specific stream for which B.Tech is offered, that is, Computer Science, Mechanical, Civil, etc.
if you missed the date directly go to college admission block to get seat no problem with it.

Arunachal University of Studies to get admissions in B.Tech through JEE main score.

Any student who has appeared and has a valid score in JEE Main can proceed to apply through that score. For students who have not appeared for JEE, the university itself may conduct an entrance test for its purposes or might grant admission directly based on the academic merit of the applicant.

It is better to check this with the university for further clarity since this may change depending on the availability of seats and applicant pool for that year and if you missed any counselling just go to college to reserve seat with JEE score.

Direct entrance might not be required in some other programs as well, but always good to have an eye on the requirements specified according to the year you are applying since it may change.
