Yes, they are harsh and very rigid with rules and regulations, but that's their Job. They will not entertain any illegal or more that what is allowed to be carried in the country. Passenger comes with so many restricted items, and then refuse to pay duty on the same, then they start arguing unnecessary, despite of knowing what the customs regulation are. While landing, there are lot of announcements made by cabin crew regarding carriage of currency, liquids and alcohol. Thank you.

For being a pilot you need to do studies in that field. Which means you have to be a part of aviation Institutes or Academy. That will give you all the necessary training of pilot. You may go direct after completing your 12th or you may first complete your graduation from any subject.

Hello Neha Verma,
It is indeed very nice to hear from you that you are interested in becoming a pilot and for this you have undergone surgery also. However, it is very tough to take a call from information that you have provided. I would suggest that you go to the specialist, show him DGCA requirement of medical fitness and seek opinion.

Basic prerequisites to become a pilot are mentioned below: You must complete Class XII under the 10+2 system or its equivalent with a minimum of 50 per cent marks in maths and physics. You must be at least 16 years of age to be eligible for a Student Pilot License, 17 for a Private Pilot License, and 18 for a Commercial Pilot License. Alternatively, you could directly enroll for the Private Pilot License once you have cleared Class XII and are 17 years old. This involves taking an exam conducted by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation* consisting of theory papers on air navigation, aviation meteorology.
