Hello Bhoomika,
You have completed your Diploma in Computer Science and now is eager to join an aviation course. Right? You have not mentioned what type of Aviation course you are interested but I suppose it could be the course for 'aviation maintenance engineer'. Correct? The eligibility for this course is 12th pass with PCM and as you have completed your Diploma I am sure it should be treated as equivalent to 12th and you should be able to seek admission. Presently in India the Civil Aviation market is growing at an annual rate of about 15% and hence the placements after passing all are very good. Best wishes to you.

Getting commercial pilot's licence is quite tough, at least in India. After having obtained commercial pilot license, invariably everybody gets placed in one or the other civil Airlines in India. For the past many years, passenger as well as cargo traffic is increasing at the rate of 15% per year and is expected to show the same growth in years to come. In view of this almost all Airlines have increased their aircraft strength or are in the process of increasing it. With each aircraft roughly three Pilots are required for optimum utilization, and hence I feel you will get placed immediately as soon as you get the DGCA l

The eligibility criteria to apply for this course is must be a graduate from a recognized university with good communication skills. Candidate age should be below 25 years 5 months.
