Hello Ashwaniraj,
To join this job-oriented course, you need 10+2 in Arts, Science, Commerce or any other field. A 3-year Diploma in engineering or other fields, from the State Board of Technical Education is also credible.

Usually, all Diploma/Certificate programmes in aviation are designed to be finished in 1-year or 6-months in certain cases.
The exam pattern is semester wise, the candidates need to appear for the final or semester exam at the end of the course.

Singhania University has now been granted the approval to conduct AME course as a regular Bachelor's degree. Hence they have started offering a Bachelor's degree i.e. B.Sc in AME. Only those candidates who have qualified TSICET-2018 and secured 50% (for OC) and
45% (for others) in aggregate marks degree or its equivalent examination can apply for this. Hence your degree qualification should be acceptable and you may get admission provided you score the minimum required marks in the entrance exam.

As you've mentioned that the aggregate percentage is not 60%. I think you won't be able to apply for AAI ATC position because the minimum acceptable percentage in graduation for an ATC entrant is decided to be 60% by AAI and this percentage should be an aggregate.

It's been quiet long since you did the IATA training. Usually, all such training needs a refresher after a certain specific duration of time, you must be aware of this. Now, if you are looking to work in the aviation sector based on your IATA training then I'm afraid it won't be easy for you. You will either have to refresh the training all over again as per the needs of the industry or work for any other organisation which considers your secretarial practice and hires you.

Approach your local IEI office if present or contact them online. Tell them you only have provisional now and that you will be able to give them real marksheet later. They will understand and will allow you to take admission. And you will be able to get your diploma certificate by the end of the passing year.
