It is to pass Class 12 board exams in any background, with good English and Hindi proficiency. If you have completed a Diploma course or hold a degree in Aviation or Hospitality with decent marks, it is a cherry on top and is mostly preferred by top-ranked airlines.

Other than the educational eligibility, you should meet the physical fitness, age, and other grooming standards needed to land a job as a cabin crew member.

English proficiency helps you communicate clearly and address passenger queries more efficiently. Hence, it is important for you to have a strong hold over the language for passenger comfort, safety, and top-notch customer service.
