1. You need to first possess a student pilot license. You must be over 17 years of age and have completed 12th in Science (Physics and mathematics) with 50%.
2. Your vision in one eye must be perfect. In general medical terminology, it is called 6/6 eyesight. In the other eye, you could have an imperfection of 6/9, which must be correctable to 6/6.
3. General physical fitness is mandatory. You must be free of any disease that can hamper normal function.
4. You need to register at a flying club which is recognised by Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), Government of India.

The answer is yes and no because it depends totally on airlines policies. Yes, you can take the training but placement totally depends on airlines policies because mostly eligibility criteria is unmarried when selected for the job.

Minimum Height: Men - 170 cms and Women - 157 cms
Weight: In proportion to height
Educational Qualification: HSC (10 + 2). Candidates who are appearing for their HSC examinations can also apply
Physical features: Pleasing personality, clear complexion (scars, pimples and blemishes not acceptable) and good eyesight
Marital Status: Unmarried
Language skills: Fluency in English and Hindi. Proficiency in a foreign language will be an added advantage. Int

The applicant must be a citizen of Indian / Nepal / Bhutan / or any other country as recognised by the Government of Inda. The age of the candidate should be between 18 to 28 years, as on July 01, 2018. Teh candidates must have passed class 10 / 12 and should have done ITI / Act Apprentices course. After ensuirng that you fulfil the eligbility conditions, you can proceed to fil the application form online. There are 21 RRBs but the application portal is common in all the website. T
