BBA in aviation is one of the most preferred courses nowadays and the placements are very good if you get a job at a good airport.
But I will suggest you to do it from a good college

Your score in 12th indicates that you are good at studies and should be able to do good in both the fields, Science or aviation. Now as far as a job is concerned, Science gives you technical jobs and opportunities exist in India and abroad equally. Aviation is altogether a different sector and jobs exist in various departments here as well. You can expect to earn better in Science initially but down the line 10-15 years, the payscales should match in both the industries.

No, they have a certain age limit (18-25 years) after which you cannot do the training course.

It depends on your interest. The Aviation sector has been providing numerous job opportunities to graduates in India. Yes, you can go for any course in the airline industry, irrespective of the compartment in class 12th. As you have mentioned that in compartment exam, you have cleared the paper, then there's no point for anyone to stop you. There are various job profiles in ground and inflight for those who have passed class 12.
