You are advised to appear for NDA exam conducted by UPSC to join flying branch in Indian Air Force after 10+2 stage. You can appear for CDS examination conducted by UPSC after graduation degree to join flying branch in Indian Air Force. All your expenses to become pilot will be paid by government of India in both of the suggested options. You can join as commercial pilot after few years flying experience in Indian Air Force.

You can only join a domestic airlines after 12th as for international airlines you need to be a graduate.

PCB ideally has no connection with these three buy your interest, skills, personality, abilities do have. Best way is to go through the course structure of each and then decide how you want to spend next three years and will it match with your interest or not?
