Hi Abhijith
Many opportunities are there in airline industry other than Pilot. You can serve as Cabin Crew / Air Hostess.There are short term courses in cabin crew management / stewards -Air hostess training. HSc is the basic qualification to enroll for these courses. Graduation is preferred. You should have minimum physical standards for this jobs, also you should posses excellent communication and Interpersonal skills are essential .
Another is Grounds Jobs - such as customer service Managers, Executives etc. of various airline companies. Graduation / Hsc is mandatory for these roles. Strong English skills are essential.

Being a pilot is one of the finest, toughest and best careers across the globe.Pilots can work as few a 8 days in a month, to as many as 20.While pilots at a major airline might work 14 days in a month, you must keep in mind that they are not coming home from work on those 14 days.
Airline flying has the highest salary and most amount of benefits. Some of these are corporate aviation (flying company airplanes), agricultural flying (crop dusting), and you could fly full time in the military. Regional (or commuter) airlines also employ pilots, although the pay scales and working conditions are not like the major airlines.

after 10th you can for ground staff job. if u want to become pilot for that you need to complete 12th in Science stream and you have go ro through some medical tests.
