Yes, Diploma holders can apply for Architecture and Planning courses. If you finished a Diploma after class 12th, then you can apply to a UG Architecture and Planning course. There is a stipulation that a candidate should have had maths as a core subject to be eligible. If you have a bachelor's degree and a diploma, then you can apply for a PG course in Architecture and Planning. Entrance exams like CUET, CUET PG, JEE Mains and GATE are compulsory for admission. Some colleges have different eligibility criterias. Please check official website of the college before applying.

Manipal University Jaipur BTech lateral entry eligibility requires a candidate to hold a recognised diploma. This Diploma must be in a relevant branch of engineering or technology. Alternatively, students with a BSc degree containing Mathematics can also apply. They get direct admission into the second year of the engineering program.
