To be commercial pilot in India, one should have a flying experience of 250 hours while in case of developed countries, the situation is not so. In countries like Europe, to have a basic licence experience, one have a flying experience of 750 hours. In foreign countries, the package is double to India. Sometimes, the pay is thrice or 4 times than India. On the other hand, these countries also made available lucrative avenues for the pilots. There is a more job certainty and satisfaction in abroad pilot jobs.
But as per my experience you will get a job only after good experience and training also aircraft rating as you have to do to make your licence to work in these sectors. It will cost you a lot to do ratings and all training.
And its really very difficult to get a job for new pilots having only 200 flying hours.

BBA Aviation Operations program aims to create skilled professionals for the aviation sector and allied fields of travel and tourism. You can pursue this course after 12th and students from any stream can apply for it. The course name may differ slightly from institute to institute like Aviation management, Aviation Operations, Aviation & Hospitality Management but more or less you will be taught the same curriculum. The best institutes/universities offering BBA courses in Aviation are: UPES Dehradun, Aptech Aviation and Hospitality Academy (AAHA) Chennai, Osmania university Hyderabad & Paradise Institute of Management Studies Delhi. These universities/institutes take admissions through Group Discussion and Personal Interviews or board merit. Some may also ask for the written entrances.
