If you have obtained the minimum qualification marks, then you are eligible for admission. According to information given by you, you appeared to have scored well in the general test of the CUET.
However, since there are only 20 seats available for this course at EFLU, the competition will be high. You may face difficulties due to your scores of English, but you are eligible to apply for this

Aspirants must have completed their 10+2 from a recognised board. Some colleges also specify that aspirants should have secured a minimum of 50% aggregate marks at 10+2 level. Some colleges also offer 5% marks relaxation in this criteria for SC/ ST candidates.
