Eligibility and admission criteria:
The basic requirement for the eligibility to get the admission to BAMS programme is qualifying the 10+2 examination with good score. The candidate must have the physics, chemistry and biology in class 12th. The candidate should have to go through the different national and state level entrance examination like:
KLEU AIET KLE University
Andhra Pradesh EAMCET Andhra Pradesh Engineering, Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test
Assam CEE Assam Combined Entrance Examination
TS EAMCET Telangana Engineering, Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test
The selection of the candidate is based on the final merit as the sum of the total numbers obtained in the qualifying examination as 12th and the number scored in the entrance examinations.

After the completion of this course, you may get a respectful position and good platform to boost your career in nursing care.
The career opportunity after the completion of BAMS is not only in India but also in foreign countries. Many organizations are working in the manufacturing and research field in abroad are requiring the professional in this field.
The candidate having the BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) degree is eligible to be called a doctor and eligible to do the private practice.
Job opportunities also exist in the government sector. One can get a job in a government Ayurveda hospital as an ayurvedic pharmacist. After the completion of this course, candidates also have an opportunity to open their own retail shop of Ayurveda medicines.
Teaching field is also open for BAMS graduates. They can find employment in private and government Ayurveda institutes.
Scope for both courses are very different from each other. You should pursue a course in which your interests lie, and one which you feel comfortable with.
