The whole world opens up for you after graduation. You can pursue PG and then Ph.D, you can appear for civil service exam, you can think of doing MBA, start a business. It's entirely up to you as to what to do.

BA means Bachelors in arts. Jobs opportunities after BA are:
Government entrance exams like SSC CGL, CDS, Bank PO position, jobs in BPO, UPSC examination, etc.

Successful graduates of the course are hired for roles such as Teacher, Policy Analyst, Writer, Editor, Publisher, Researcher, Communicator, Public Relations Officer, Speech Writer, Travel Writer, Blogger, Reviewer, Postsecondary English Teacher, Arts Administrator, Content Developer/ Manager, etc.

Hi Ananya, Yes, you can. I always advise people to take up Mass Communication at the Post Graduate level rather than at the UG level. B.A. English Honors + a PG Degree is Mass Communication is a very good choice as it opens up a lot of career opportunities later on. Note: Also all PG Courses in Mass Communication teach you the subjects from the very basic level. So, it does't really matter if you have a UG Degree in Mass Comm. All the best.

You can do master in mass communication after your B.A in English. It will save your time. For Masters, mass communication, you require 50% in graduation from any discipline.
