Bachelor's degree in humanities and arts is not the liked or popular criteria for hiring in management and business jobs.
However, as the truth is, it matters what you know and is good at.
If you have been good with HRM skills and have been vocal to express in the right way, the HRM job is also possible.

Hello Rohit,
It is indeed nice to know that your dream is to work abroad. These days unfortunately almost every country barring few are not allowing people to come in areas where there is enough talent in that country. Hence, I would advise you to approach a placement agency dealing with sending people abroad to know nuances and get job done.

Hello Simran,
MA in my opinion would be the best course after BA. However, there are plenty of courses related to eco culminating in certificate or Diploma. You can attempt one of these.

Hello Ritesh,
Simple B.A. can get you different jobs depending on subject of B.A. If you do B.Ed, you can get a teaching job. Clerical jobs are also available. There are plenty of positions which require graduate from any field. It all depends on what is your aim. Do not go for available jobs but a job that you desire. This will bring fulfillment.
