Firstly the lastest cutoff for mumbai university for best college is above 95 % but there are so many college under this university which you can get easily admission at above 65%

Yes, you can get admission in any government colleges but first you have got to clear your RT if you want to take up B.A. Hons in Commerce or even if you want to take up any general course still it is best to clear your RT.
