No, there's none. But you'll find some subjects in the syllabus that'll eventually lead to higher studies in those specific fields, like
- Modern History
- Ancient History
- Mediaeval History
- Social and Cultural History
- Historiography

You can check this for particular University law admission rule.
In my view you can pursue 3 year LL.B from any college other than NLU 5 year course.
Bar council allow open university degree for LL.B pursue but must be from an approved university ( ODL/distance approved )

St. Teresa's College, Ernakulam, is a renowned women's college in Kerala, but specific cutoff information for the B.A. in History program for the current year (2025) is not available in the provided search results. The search results focus on general information about the college, its history, rankings, fees, and available courses, but lack the specific cutoff details. To obtain the exact cutoff information, it's recommended to directly contact St. Teresa's College or visit their official website. You can also check for updates on their admission portal or contact their admissions office for the latest details.

Yes, BA History is a scoring course if you study regularly and write answers well. Many students get above 90% marks by understanding topics clearly and writing in a proper format. You don't need to memorize everything—just focus on key events, causes, and results.
If you enjoy reading and writing, you can do very well. Try to make notes, revise often, and practice writing long answers. That will help you score high easily.
