Hi Annum,
I don't understand that why you want to do B.A. After B.Com and B.Ed. Instead of again pursuing UG course you should go for Masters Like M.Com/ MBA /MA for advance Knowledge or PhD/Mphil for that matters. So if you do M.Com after your B.Com and B.Ed then you can became a PGT in commerce. As you already done B.Ed then after M.Com you can teach in schools as PGT (Post graduate teacher)

Yes you can do M.Com after B.A. IGNOU will offer M.Com after UG in any field. Yes there will be a difficulty for non commerce students to grasp the advance concepts however you can start by knowing the basics first. That's is Very important. Hope it helps.
