No, you cannot pursue regular LL.B. course after completing B.A. from an open university. The regular LL.B. Course admissions follows the 10+2+3/4/5 education system. Because you have not completed the 12th so you are not eligible for LL.B. regular admissions.

No there will be no problem in doing B.A. through distance mode along with ITI in regular mode. As per the UGC guidelines you can do so.
