I think for BA Sociology, you can choose more subjects, like History, Political Science, Psychology, etc. Also check the specific subject requirements of the college you're aiming for. You can choose any subject you like and get admission to the BA Sociology.

You cannot safely secure entry into BA sociology (awards) at Tezpur University based on your 10+2 digits (ie without showing in Qet -UG or the university's own test tue). For BA Honours Admission, Tezpur University Recording -based selection makes compulsory.
Required entrance examination
Recordings are based on Cuet -G -Pointsum or Tezpur University Entrance Examination (Tueee).
Even if you fulfill 60% of the choice criteria, one of these tests is mandatory.
University sources make it clear that all applicants demand cow or tueee.

No, there is no age limit to pursue BA Sociology course and you can apply for this course at any age. Mostly, many students apply for this course immediately after completing Class 12. But it does not mean that others cannot apply. Colleges as well as entrance exam conducting bodies have set no age restrictions for applicants of BA Sociology course.
