You haven't specified your Bachelor's programme. But, still it's always better to take something that's somewhat related to your Bachelor's. It helps you in your future. Some people take Masters that's not at related to their Bachelor's this creates lot of confusion for employers and other problems as well.

Inorder to join a Bachelor's programme in India, your minimum qualification should be class 12th or it's equivalent. Ensure your current qualification is equivalent to class 12th grade in India.
