No, you cannot migrate from IP University to DU University for the course of BA LLB. Migration is not allowed in IP University after the first year of studies.

The candidates are able to check the DU UG 2023 3rd Merit List by using their login information such as a CUET Application Number, password and captcha verification on the Official website. In its 68 affiliated colleges, DU alone has 71,000 seats for more than 78 UG courses. In its affiliated colleges, the total number of students at DU for BA is more than 12,000. A candidate must have completed 12th from a recognised board with a minimum of 45% aggregate marks to be eligible for the BA programme at Delhi University.The cutoff for BA at college of arts, University of Delhi  is as follows:-

Yes, you can apply for B.A in various programs and age doesn't matter at all. You can opt for another course in B.A or B.Sc if you have done 12th in science

There are various components included in the total course fee such as tuition fee, hostel fee, refundable caution money deposit, etc. Candidates not opting for hostel facilities may not be charged for the same.
