Economics, Hindi, Sanskrit, Spanish & Latin American Studies, French and Turkish Language & Literature will consider CUET scores for admission starting 2022. Jamia Millia Islamia offers BA (Hons) programme across 17 specialisations along with a BA programme. For all the remaining specialisations (other than the aforementioned ones, the university will conduct its own entrance exam, namely JMI Entrance Exam for final admission. However, before every other criteria, all the interested students must have completed their Class 12 with 50% aggregate.

Candidates seeking admission to Jamia Millia Islamia for BA must have passed Class 12 or SSC with a minimum aggregate ranging from 40-50%. The passing percentage is different for different specialisations offered in the BA programme. Admission to Jamia Millia Islamia for BA and BA (Hons) is subject to either CUET (conducted by NTA) or JMI entrance exam. Till 2021, admission was subject to the JMI entrance exam across all specialisations. However, starting 2022, admission to a few BA (Hons) specialisations is CUET-based and for the rest, it is university-level entrance-based. No, it is not allowed. 2022 result is not applicable to take admission in any programme in 2023. The scores obtained in CUET (UG) - 2023 will be considered for admission to University of Delhi in the academic year 2023-24.

Both the Economics (H) and BA programme ( economics + small business and entrepreneurship) are same in most of the aspects.
In short, the former is theoretical oriented and the latter is which devotes with the practical aspects of the business, that is it is associated with concepts, theories, models and framework .This is the major difference between these both.

Yes, BA is a three-year course offered in affiliation with Assam University. All the six examinations are conducted by the University and the final degree is awarded on the basis of the composite scores in the three year-six-part examinations. Candidates who continue course for one more year will be awarded honours degree.
