The course duration is 5 years consisting primarily of 10 semesters. The admission criteria for the same is that the students who have enrolled to take admission into this institute must have completed and passed their 10+2 with a minimum aggregate of 50% with compulsory domain subjects of physics, chemistry and mathematics. The students are also compulsorily required to appear for the NATA exam.

NATA is the only exam which is an accepted form of examination for architecturing course. It is conducted by National Institute of Advanced Studies in architecture. It is a body of council of architecture situated in New Delhi. 

The Bachelors in architecture (B.Arch) is the UG level degree being offered at CT institute of architecture and. The eligibility requirements for the same are mentioned below:

1. The student must have passed and completed his/her 10+2 with a minimum aggregate of 50%
2.  The student is also supposed to appear for the NATA- National aptitude test of architecture.
