Considering cutoff in recent years, the cutoff for general category for BArch in BMS School of Architecture ranged from around 248 to 375 for KCET and 437 to 475 for COMEDK.

Fee for B.Arch programme in both institutes vary according to quota/mode of admission. Annual fee for B.Arch with Management Quota in BMS School of Architecture is INR 3.75 Lacs where as it is INR 6.41 Lacs in RV College of Architecture. So BMSSA has lower fee in comparison.

Documents required for admission through Management Quota in B.Arch prgramme at BMS School of Architecture are as follows:
- Copy of Class 10 / SSLC Marks Card.
- Copy of Class 12/ 2nd PUC Marks Card.
- Copy of current year CET / COMED-K / NATA score card.
- Passport size photo of the Student
- Copy of Aadhaar Card of student, father and mother.
- Copy of PAN Card of the father and mother.

BMS School of Architecture offers B.Arch seats in affiliation to Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belgaum. The duration of BMS School of Architecture BArch is 5 years. Admission is mainly entrance-based but some seats are available in Management Quota.

You need to qualify eligibility for B.Arch in BMS School of Architecture. You need to get valid score in NATA and also appear for KCET (only for Karnataka students) or COMEDK and get a good score to get a seat.

To be eligible for B.Arch at BMS School of Architecture, candidates need minimum 50% aggregate in Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, Maths. Students with minimum 50% aggregate in 3-year Diploma after Class 10 are also eligible.

Yes, you are eligible to apply for B.Arch admission at LPU if you have secured 84% in Class 12 and a valid score in JEE Main Paper 2. LPU accepts JEE Main Paper 2 scores for B.Arch admission, so appearing for NATA is not compulsory in your case.
You already meet the academic eligibility criteria, as the university requires 10+2 with Mathematics and qualifying marks in JEE Main/LPUNEST/CUET for B.Arch admission.
You can proceed with the admission process and also check scholarship eligibility based on your academic performance and entrance score.

You can take admission in any of these colleges if you have cleared NATA or JEE Mains with the required marks.

The format of NATA test is given below:
Part 1:Drawing and Composition Test (Duration: 90 minutes, Maximum marks: 80)
A1: Composition and Colour
A2: Sketching and Composition
A3: 3D composition
Part 2: Computer based Adaptive Test (Duration: 90 Minutes, Maximum marks: 120 marks)
B1:42 MCQs
B2: 8 NCQ
