Anna University, Chennai is one of the prominent technical university which offers various bachelor level courses in the engineering and architecture. Candidates, who want to take admission in the university to pursue the B.Tech/BE or B.Arch., can apply for admission in the university. Having qualified the higher secondary school examination in the science stream, candidates can apply for admission into the university to pursue the desired courses of engineering and architecture.
Admission Process
Candidates admission in the BE/B.Tech programmes will be based on the marks attained by them in the Tamil Nadu Engineering Admission (TNEA) 2018.
For admission into the B. Arch. The programme, the score attained by the candidates in the NATA exam will be taken into consideration.

Online Mode:
Candidates can access and download the application form from the official website of the University by making the payment of the application fee through the online mode.
In Person:
Candidates can get the Application Form in person from the 60 centres.
The application form will be of Rs.500/-(Rs.250/- for SC/SCA/ST candidates belonging to Tamil Nadu state).
Candidates can pay the fee through the demand draft or by cash.
