TechnicalTrade (ITI): Eligibility & Course Areas:
Pass in 10th standard (SSLC/ matriculation) or equivalent is the minimum eligibility required to obtain admission to ITI / ITC that are made usually in the month of August every year.

Yes, you can still apply for B.Ed. Many colleges have entrance for B.Ed admissions. For PTET, you must have a teaching experience of 1-2 years through B.Ed or some education Diploma like D.El.Ed, DIET, etc.
