Don't get confused. Maths is required for getting admitted in NMIMS Mumbai. NPAT entrance test is required for getting into BBA B.Com Economics (H) and BBA LL.B. * I know this because even I was NOT able to give exam as I didn't have Maths in 12th. * So, have Maths either as additional subject (6th) or optional subject (5th). You are saying that you have done B.Com with 49% marks, and you wants to do MBA through distance learning programme. So, you cannot do this right now, because 2 years' experience is also required for the distance MBA program. So, first you will have to do job for minimum 2 years, then you can apply there for MBA.

It is not possible. You cannot get the direct admission in 3rd year of B.Com without passing 2nd year in any degree or in any course. No colleges and universities will give you admission. You should start from the 2nd year. You can get lateral admission in any college in 2nd year easily. All the best.

For admission to M.Com program, students must fulfil the below-mentioned eligibility criteria:
* Bachelor's degree in commerce.
* Minimum 50% marks at the level of graduation.
* Certain universities also admit students with a BA economics (Hons.) degree.
