The candidate should have either passed or appearing for the Bachelor's degree examination. Duration of this degree should be a minimum of three years. The degree should be possessed from any the University of Odisha or from a recognised university as defined by UGC/AICTE. Yes, You can easily apply for it . But you need minimum 50% percentage in the degree that you have passed from.
