In B.Ed, there are two optional subjects required besides five compulsory subjects. As you are from commerce background, for you, teaching of mathematics and teaching of English will be perfect.
Yes, B.Ed is beneficial because it provides the skills and knowledge necessary for teaching to complement the content knowledge and skills.

You can definitely pursue Masters in mass communication after your B.Com. Switching from commerce to Mass Communication is purely choice based. You have to see which stream attracts you more since both are very different streams. To pursue Masters in Mass Communication, you just need to be a graduate in any stream from a recognized university.
