TS ECET is conducted by the Osmania University on behalf of Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE). The counseling is conducted for admission to every college in Telangana, not only for CMR Engineering College. The ranks are given based on scores obtained in previous exam and not on any special exam. Find below all the important dates:

The registration have been started from 3rd March 2025 and the last date was 19th April 2025 however students can also submit their application on 26th April 2025 with the late free of rupees 500 and with the late fees of thousand rupees on 12th May 2025.
TS ECET EXAM DATE is 12th May 2025 and the result will be announced on the last week of the may 2025 .

To be eligible for admission to the BE/BTech course at Teegala Krishna Reddy Engineering College, the candidate has to score a minimum of 45% aggregate in class 12 in a relevant stream from any recognised board. Eligible students will have to appear for the TS EAMCET exam and score valid marks to be eligible for the course. Teegala krishna Reddy enginnering college takes admission on basis of entrance exam TS EAMCET. The seats for BTech is allotted on the basis of Merit in TS EAMCET exam total 70 percent seats are allotted for entrance examinees and 30 percent for management quota and NRIs. If your any known person is employed their can help you to take admission through management quota.

I'm aiming for CMR's B.Tech, and admissions work like this: 70% of the seats are filled through rank-based TS EAMCET counseling—so good performance in PCM and EAMCET is key. The other 30% are management seats where you still need either an EAMCET rank or at least 50% in PCM—no freebies there. If you're a Diploma student, you've got the TS? ECET route into second year. So yep, it's a straightforward mix of entrance and merit.”
