The fee structure for B.Ed. course at V.T. Choksi Sarvajanik College of Education is as follows:

The annual fee for the General Category is almost 60,000rs. For SC/ST students, it is 45,000rs per year approximately. The OBC Category students are obliged to pay approximately 52,500rs each year, not amount requested.

West Bengal has a few government colleges which act as B.Ed Sanskrit college. Some of the colleges that offer this programme include the following; Tagore Institute of Art & Education, Heritage College of Education and Krishnapur Teachers' Training Institute.The National Council for Teacher Education mentions a total of 29 B.Ed Sanskrit Colleges in West Bengal. These colleges provide B.Ed course for two years in Sanskrit, The total intake capacity of theses colleges is about 1,500-2000. You cannot do a B.Ed in Special Education through distance learning with 45% in graduation as most of the institutions require minimum 50% marks in graduation to enroll for this program. Eligibility criteria for B.Ed in Special Education usually requires that candidates should have at least 50% aggregate marks in the undergraduate degree from a recognised university. Some universities may offer relaxation of 5% for the candidates belonging to the reserved category, but that doesn't match up with your present qualifications.
