Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) is a two-year full-time undergraduate course approved by National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) and offered by North Eastern Hill University, Shillong.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates with at least fifty percent (50%) marks either in the Bachelor's Degree or in the Master's Degree are eligible for admission to the DBCTE programme.

It is a 24 months course and the total fees is rupees 1.6 lakh.

Eligibility for obtaining B.Ed through IGNOU after D.El.Ed.

IGNOU has laid down certain eligibility parameters for getting admitted to a BEd here. Besides completing graduation, one also needs to have a minimum of two years of teaching experience from a recognised school for applying to it.

Going by your information, as you have D.El.Ed from IGNOU already, undergraduate qualification is imperative for pursuing further studies in B.Ed.

Yes, you can get the admission in Panjab University in B.Ed or M.A course. 

The eligibility criteria for the M.A courses is Bachelor's Degree obtaining at least 45% marks in the subject of Postgraduate course or 45% marks in aggregate B.A./B.Sc. 

The eligibility criteria for the B.Ed is atleast 50% marks in your Bachelor's degree in respective undergraduate subjects.
