It might not be possible to get admission with CET. The admission criteria for the BEd course at MIT School of Education and Research are through MAHA-CET / PERA. Graduation or post-graduation in any stream with a minimum of 50% aggregate is required as the basic eligibility criteria. For BEd courses candidates required to have MH-CET/ PERA-CET score. The extent of B.Ed. programme fee structure has not been explicitly mentioned by S.S. College of Education at Gohana but the following information concerns general B.Ed fees in India: Private colleges charge between 50,000 to 1,00,000 INR per annum while government colleges charge between 2000-20000 per year; for distance education programs costs approximately vary around18,000-40,000 INR in a year. The  PTET cut-off for the 2-year B.Ed programme at IASE College for OBC category of female is about 319 .It might be a good idea to investigate alternative Bikaner institutions that might have comparable or somewhat lower cut-offs, just to make sure you have options, because you are considering colleges in Bikaner and are eligible for Sanskar Women International Teachers Training with your marks.
