The  PTET cut-off for the 2-year B.Ed programme at IASE College for OBC category of female is about 319 .It might be a good idea to investigate alternative Bikaner institutions that might have comparable or somewhat lower cut-offs, just to make sure you have options, because you are considering colleges in Bikaner and are eligible for Sanskar Women International Teachers Training with your marks.

 2. Shri Yoganand Swami College of Education located at Basmath
