No, candidates from other states cannot apply for the Andhra Pradesh EDECET 2023 exam. The Andhra Pradesh EDCET 2023 exam is conducted only for the students who have domicile in Andhra Pradesh and have resided in Andhra Pradesh for at least 10 years or candidates whose parents, or spouses are State/Central Government employees or working in Public Sector Corporations, Local Bodies, Government owned Universities and other quasi-public institutions in the State of Andhra Pradesh.

The summer internships are an integral part of the BEd curriculum. The process generally takes place in the final year of the BEd programme.
