Utkal University offers a full-time B.Ed course for a duration of two years. This course is taught by the University Department Teacher Education. The university admits students on a total of 50 seats. The Utkal University has been recognised by the NCTE, New Delhi and got approval of Govt. of Odisha in the Department of Higher Education. Further, the Utkal University's syllabus is designed by the Directorate of Teacher Education & SCERT and approved by the Board of Studies in Education of the University.
