For B.Ed Program in special education at NEHU Shillong, admission is based on graduation score or any entrance test score so if you want to apply for it you should have minimum 60% graduation aggregate score and then you should apply for it and further you will be guided by the college.

If your college is allowing you to appear exam in your regional language then it is okay otherwise go for the language which is prescribed by the examination guidelines otherwise exam will be rejected so you should go according to the guidelines.
