Hi. No, you can't apply for B.Ed. The graduates must have scored 50% in their qualifying degree exam and the postgraduates have to secure at least 55%. Thanks.

Hello Simran, yes, absolutely. Your are thinking on the correct path. If you want to be a teacher, you must do your B.Ed as soon as possible. Then M.Ed perhaps if you are inclined. Then you should go for PG. Best wishes to you and your career.

The following categories are eligible to be students of B.Ed. (ODL) of IGNOU.
1. Trained in-service teachers in elementary education.
2. Candidates who have completed a NCTE recognised teacher education programme through face-to-face mode. So the recognised NCTE through face to face is mandatory requirement, Hence you are not eligible.
