Since the duration of this BEd program is shorter than the 2-year BEd program, the average fee structure is said to be lower, too. The average fee for a 1-year BEd program in a government college can range between INR 20,000 to INR 50,000, whereas for a private institute, the average fee structure is said to be between INR 40,000 to INR 2,00,000. It can vary depending on the college's reputation, not its quality of education.

The candidate can also opt for ITEP or Integrated Teaching programs to be eligible for the government teaching jobs.
