For admission in UPRTOU B.Ed, you must get minimum 50% in graduation. So, you are not eligible.

After B.Ed, you could join as a teacher somewhere. If you are interested in further studies then go for Ph.D or you can do M.Phil course.

It is not compulsory for applicants to give CET. You should have passed any Bachelors or Masters degree in any field from any other university recognized by UGC with at least marks decided by State of Maharashtra or NCTE.
