The eligibility requirements for admission to GNIT College of Pharmacy are as follows:
- The candidate must be a minimum of 17 years old at the time of admission.
- For admission to B Pharm and D Pharm courses, the merit in the last qualifying examination (Class 12 or equivalent) will be considered.A

Sardar Patel Education Campus admission to the BPharma programme is made if candidates meet the minimum eligibility requirement set by the college. Applicants must have completed Class 12 or its equivalent from a recognised board with at least 50% aggregate marks. Students must have studied Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects and can choose one elective subject from Biotechnology, Biology, or a technical vocational subject in Chemistry. Candidates must secure a minimum aggregate score of 45% (40% for SC/ST candidates) in the qualifying exam. However, admission to the BPharma programme is determined by the combined scores from Class 12 and the accepted CUET exam.
