B.Sc. Psychology entrance exams syllabus is totally based on what a student learned in 11 and 12 NCERT or Karnataka PUC text book. And the English part is based on the common GK in English, that is like grammar.

With commerce background, you would not be deemed eligible for B.Sc psychology. For B.Sc psychology, you need to have studied general mathematics/ biology/ zoology/ psychology/ sociology/ advanced English as the subject.
