Both the courses deal with computer programming languages. But in my point of view, BCA will be the better option among BCA and B.Sc (IT).

B.Tech is more of engineering. However, B.Sc helps you to get job in other streams too like teaching, IT companies etc., but if you want to get into engineering especially, then please go for B.Tech. It all depends on your choice and preference.

CS is better than chemistry in consideration with the ongoing market. If you choose chemistry, your chances are more in the research and teaching field.

Actually after graduation admission in various programmes /courses depends on percentage and grades. But most important is individuals interest. If you ask me personally, as you are a PCM student, I will advise you to go for Masters programs / research in physics/chemistry or mathematics from a good University/ College. In India we have a huge demand of academicians /teachers. More over future of teachers is very bright in India.
Unfortunately a very little percentage of students are looking for higher education. It is not a good sign.
Wish you all the best
