You are advised to complete M.Sc CS or MCA as per your choice to start your career as a meaningful IT professional. There many career options After B.sc in Physics but if you are interest in Physics/Science stream related career than it would be better if you opt for M.sc in Physics and than do PhD in subject as it often seen than Physics Post graduate and PhD holder are required and earning very well who are employed in Govt or Private research and Development organization such as Indian Space Research Organization, National Remote Sensing Agency, and Space Application Centre and so on.
Various Technical jobs are available for Physics graduates/post graduates like- radiation monitoring, electrical power plant operator, scientific instrument operator

You have complete B.sc in Physics so you can go with following field -- Life-Science professions such as medicine, pharmacy and some other good field like- geo-sciences, engineering, architecture, computer-related programs, environmental studies, technicians, Science educators.

Staff Selection Commission
Indian Forest Services
Banking Sector
