No. With this PCM marks you are not eligible for IGRU admission. Because they require minimum 55 percent marks both Physics and Mathematics combined and individually 50 marks in each subject (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and English). You should have to be reappear for the 12th exam to score better marks.

Physics Chemistry is not necessary for this but mathematics is compulsory or mandatory in some recognised universities.
Either you have mathematics as additional subject you can get admission in this.
Good luck for your future

Well, if you have Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, all three in your Bachelor's degree you should first understand and analyze that which subject you like the most and you are highly interested in. Then devote atleast a year and evaluate the scope of M.Sc in that particular subject, study it and then select the subject. Don't be in a rush, take your time.

Chemistry is all about the scientific knowledge of matter at a molecular level, making sense of their reactions for the creation of new products, while Chemical Engineering focuses on applying that very knowledge for the design and optimization of industrial chemical processes and products like chemicals, drugs, and foods. In simple words, Chemistry deals with the Science behind the products, while Chemical Engineering focuses on how to produce those products on a large scale.
