MBA is the specialization towards work industry. So simple answer at this point will be- You may try for MBA IT and work in same industry. The other option that I can suggest is- you may first gain work ex of 2-3 years then look for what role would you imagine yourself in. If the industry suits you, you may still go for MBA IT (with better chances of admission in good colleges). Else you may switch to a retail IT role by MBA retail or switch to marketing, finance etc depending on what you would enjoy.

You should look at MSc food instead of MBA. A MBA student does get job but it may not be of your choice leading to dissatisfied career. Usually students do not focus on career but job but for all there comes a time when you realize you made a mistake. There stand a good scope in food tech. If you chose to be in this sector by your choice, stick to it. If you yet do not know what you like or if you do not like what you studied in bachelors then go for MBA
